To complete your profile for accurate VAT calculation, you need to provide:

For Individual Users:

• First Name and Last Name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Complete address (street, city, postal code)
• Country selection
• Fiscal Code (Codice Fiscale) for Italian residents

For Company Users:

• Company name
• VAT Number (Partita IVA)
• Complete company address
• Country selection
• SDI code (for Italian companies)
• PEC email (optional but recommended for Italian companies)

Go to your Profile page and fill in all required fields. The system will automatically calculate the correct VAT treatment based on your information.

Individual Customer:

• Personal registration for medical professionals
• Uses personal details and Fiscal Code
• Subject to standard VAT rules based on country
• Simpler registration process

Company Customer:

• Business registration with company details
• Requires VAT Number (Partita IVA)
• May qualify for EU Reverse Charge (EU companies)
• Requires additional business information (SDI, PEC for Italian companies)
• Different VAT treatment and exemptions may apply

Choose "Company" if you're registering on behalf of your medical practice, clinic, or healthcare organization.
